Goodboys is a free game. It does not use ads, tracking, in-app purchases, accounts, location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access.
Leaderboard
Saving a score is optional. If you choose to save a score, Goodboys sends the nickname you type, your score, your level, and a timestamp to the Goodboys leaderboard service. The nickname, score, and level can appear publicly in the in-game leaderboard.
Do not enter your real name or anything private as your nickname. You can play the game without saving a score.
Local Game Data
Goodboys may store local game preferences on your device, such as selected character, recent completed runs, and best score. This local data stays on your device unless you choose to save a leaderboard score.
How Data Is Used
- Leaderboard data is used only to display and maintain the Goodboys score table.
- Goodboys does not sell leaderboard data.
- Goodboys does not use leaderboard data for advertising or tracking across apps or websites.
Hosting
The web game and leaderboard service are hosted on Vercel. Hosting providers may process basic technical request information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the service.
Children
Goodboys is intended as a simple arcade game. It does not require accounts or ask for real names. Players should use a nickname only if they choose to save a score.
Removal Requests
To request removal of a leaderboard nickname or score, use the Goodboys support page and include the nickname you want removed.
